To support you at home, Smiling Faces offers you various services. For families that need support with childcare at home, we provide live-in au pairs, babysitters and (flex) nannies. For disabled people (children and adults), we provide special support at home. Do you have older children or did your children move out? In this case, we also offer domestic au pairs or domestic workers. Our domestic workers or au pairs help you keep things neat and organized around your house. For persons at senior age, Smiling Faces offers an elderly care service. These are au pairs or foreign live-in caregivers.

Professional recruitment

The recruitment and selection of a trustworthy and motivated candidate, is a precarious and time-consuming process that we take out of your hands. You can rely on our expertise to find the best matching person to support your family. Surely the clients make the final decision in the matching process. Efficient administration and logistics.

After a foreign candidate has been selected, a process starts to get the necessary documents and products to get the person to its new workplace. Smiling Faces can advise and support you throughout this complex process. Additionally, we can also arrange the visa, plane tickets and insurance. We work with specialized partners for matters such as Kinderopvang Toeslag (KOT), Persoonsgebonden Budget (PGB) and Payrolling.

Helping candidates  feel at home

With great care, we assist you and the candidates in creating a base for a pleasant collaboration. We do this by giving support, tips and evaluations. The foreign candidates also do a training before coming to the Netherlands. Throughout the year, Smiling Faces organizes several activities (Enjoy & Explore Holland program) for their foreign caregivers, domestic workers and au pairs.
